Orders ship via standard ground provided by Canada Post, UPS or Canpar Express. Orders are handled usually within 1 business day from the time your order is placed. Shipment will usually arrive 2-7 business days after the order has shipped depending on the destination. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer.
Returns, exchanges & warranty
Our return policy is very simple. All customers can expect a 30-days worry free shopping experience. You don’t have to give us a reason for your return, however feedback is always appreciated for us to serve you better.
We take all possible measures to ensure that the product reaches you safely without any damage. In the event that you receive a product that is damaged, take pictures of the damaged product, let the carrier know you won’t accept the package, and we will ship you a new one from our nearest warehouse. If you already accepted the package, you have to reach out to us within 7 days, visit return.eco-way.ca, follow the instructions and file a return or exchange request.
Once our team receive your exchange or return request, we will email you with a return shipping label, all you need to do is print it out and place the label on the original packaging and our service provider will pick it up.
If for any reason, a part needs to be replaced, contact us by calling our customer service team or email service@eco-way.ca, we will provide you with that part along with the detailed instructions on how to replace it.

Safety & Technical Requirements
All Ecoway toilets & seats come in the elongated V shape.
The toilets and seats are very easy to use by men, women, children and elderly people. We do recommend however that young children be supervised when using the electrical functions.
Most of our products have built-in security measures to prevent electric shock, however a GFCI outlet is mandatory for the safety of all users.
The electricity consumption is different for each product. The majority of our products have maximum power consumption ranging from 1000W to 1600W.
Although this is very rare to happen, the remote control could be unpaired with the unit. First check if the batteries are correctly placed in the remote control. If the lights are on and it’s still not working, then you need to pair the remote control with the unit. You can email our customer service team at service@eco-way.ca, we will be happy to assist.
All our toilet comes with a backup battery, so your smart toilet will still be able to flush by pressing the side button, even when there is a blackout. However, washing and heated functions will not be available until the power comes back.
Yes, all the Ecoway products are manufactured according to Canadian standards and are CSA or cUPC certified. Therefore, you don’t have to alter any of your existing pipes.
Although the toilets are very easy to install and installation directions are available in the manual, we still recommend that you use the help of a certified plumber to install it. If you need to install the GFCI outlet socket, we strongly recommend you hire a certified electrician.
Most bidet nozzle comes with a self-cleaning function. The toilet can be cleaned with any toilet cleaning brush. We recommend not using chemicals for cleaning plastic and electronic parts of the unit. Please refer to the user manual for more specific instruction.
Yes, the toilet is capable like a regular toilet of handling reasonable amounts of toilet paper. However, excessive amounts of toilet paper may clog the system.

Each new model designed must pass over 100quality assurance tests:
100,000 use cycles for water related parts;
48 hours consecutive running for electronic components, in high ambient temperature(40±2 °C) and high humidity level(93±3%);
48 hours waterproof test (spray water around the unit);
10 hours performance check before any product leaves the factory, etc.
