At Ecoway, we want to provide you with the best experience possible, even if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
If your order hasn’t reached you, simply go to return.eco-way.ca, enter your order number and email address, follow the instructions to cancel the order.
If you have received the parcel and found the product damaged, go to return.eco-way.ca within 7 days, follow the instructions and file a return or exchange request. Once our team receives the request, we will send you an email with a return shipping label. all you need to do is print it out and place the label on the original packaging. Once we receive the returned package, we’ll refund the full cost of the item or replace it with another one.
If you have received the order, but are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, go to return.eco-way.ca within 30 days of the purchase. Follow the instructions and file a return or exchange request. Once our team receives the request, we will send you an email with a return shipping label. All you need to do is print it out and place the label on the original packaging. Once we receive the returned package and see no physical damage, we’ll refund the full cost of the item.
