Totally thrilled with this product and it's luxuries, the features and design definitely surpasses my expectations! I had a great experience with Ecoway! Bought this toilet 3 weeks ago, had some issue with the lid opening sensor being too sensitive. I called and talked to their customer service line and they helped me to adjust the settings within 10 minutes over the phone. The representative was knowledgable, helpful, and very courteous. Overall the toilet carry lots of features and most of them are customizable, the downside would be my husband is spending too much time in the washroom!! Definitely will recommand this product to my friends and family.

I've never done reviews before, but this toilet deserves one. It's an entire world of difference from my old toilet. First of all, I feel as fresh as I just took a shower after using the bidet, and the massage feature are awesome, the cold/hot water massage is something I’ve never experienced before. Second of all, the tankless design is quite stylish, I live in a high rise and never had problem with flushing. Pressure booster is a bit loud when it flushes but understandable since there’s no tank. Price is reasonable given the features, could be looking to purchase one for my parents for Christmas.
