Weak Flushing Instructions

Not Flushing

No water from the bidet or flush

  1. Check if the shut–off valve is open.
  2. Check if the T-valve is blocked.
  3. Verify that the nut on the o ring is not tightened too tight by the plumber.

Only the main flush not working.

  1. Lift the seat/lid off the base and check at the back if the pipes are bent or pinched.
  2. Straighten the bent pipes/hoses to fix the problem.

The Customer is on underground water.

  1. Check if the water volume meets our recommended plumbing requirements of 30PSI and can fill up to 4 liters of water in 10 seconds.
  2. If all requirements are met, check the pipe/hose to see if it is bent or pinched.

The customer is on City water.

  1. Check the pipe to see if it is bent or pinched.
  2. Turn the shut-off valve off a little bit to reduce the water pressure.

  • Please turn off the shut-off valve immediately then assess the issue.
  • Please note not all leakage is the fault of the toilet.”
Always check where the water is leaking from.

Leaking from the T-valve

  • Please contact a plumber

Leaking from the inside of the Toilet

  • The toilet may possibly need to be replaced.

Leaking from the bottom of the toilet

  • Contact a plumber, replace the wax ring, and check the plumbing below the toilet.

No Hot Water

  1. Reset the GFI plug where the unit is plugged in.
  2. Disconnect the toilet from the power outlet.
  3. Remove or disconnect the backup battery from the unit.
  4. Wait 5 minutes then connect the toilet back to the power outlet.
